This policy explains how Hydrovista Pools LLP ("Hydrovista", "we") handles personal data submitted through hydrovistapools.com.
What we collect
- Enquiry details you enter in our forms: name, company, email, phone number, customer type, project city and state, products and quantities, delivery date and your message.
- Files you choose to attach, such as a BOQ or drawing.
- Technical data needed to protect our forms from abuse: a one-way hashed form of your IP address and the time of submission.
- Analytics data, only if you allow analytics cookies — see below.
How we use it
We use enquiry details and files only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and follow up on that request. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
Where it is stored
The website is hosted by Netlify. Enquiries and attachments are stored in private storage within our hosting account and a copy of each enquiry (without the attachment) is emailed to our sales inbox. Attachments are never published or shared through public links; only authorised Hydrovista staff can download them. Our hosting provider may store data outside India.
How long we keep it
- Attachments are deleted automatically 180 days after upload.
- Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months, unless they become part of an order, in which case we keep them as our business records require.
Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to count visits and actions such as quote requests, phone and WhatsApp clicks and downloads. Analytics does not load until you select "Allow analytics", and you can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" at the foot of every page.
WhatsApp buttons open a chat in the WhatsApp app, which is operated by WhatsApp LLC under its own privacy policy. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent for its use, by emailing info@hydrovistapools.com. We will respond in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
